Leverages Group(the “Group”)will acquire informative data of users on the websites operated by each company of the Group (“Our Website”).

Definition of Informative Data

“Informative data” means the following information about an individual related to internet usage that is obtained when the individual accesses Our Website from devices such as computers or mobile phones, and which cannot be used to identify the individual:

  • Device information (device model / OS version / device identification number, etc.)
  • Location information (latitude / longitude / time zone, etc.)
  • Advertising ID (IDFA / ADID, etc.)

Purpose of Use of Informative Data

  • Conducting investigation into fraudulent activities by analyzing device information, device ID and/or usage environment information, etc.
  • Utilizing the analysis of attribute information and behavioral history to improve the UI/UX of services operated by the Group, to develop new features and services, and to improve sales and proposal activities in the Group.
  • Using advertising ID and behavioral history in a format that does not identify individuals to distribute advertisements that align with user needs (targeted advertising).
  • Publishing statistical information regarding trends in desired job types, etc. (not limited to these) in a format that does not identify individuals in various media edited, published and operated by the Group.
  • Providing statistical information regarding trends in desired job types, etc. (not limited to these) in a format that does not identify individuals to external media and non-profit organizations.

Provision of Informative Data to Third Parties

The Group may provide informative data to third-party businesses specified in the list of partner companies in Section 6 (the “Partner Companies”), in order to achieve the purposes of use set forth in Section 2. If users wish to opt out (as defined in Section 4) of the use of informative data by the Partner Companies, please follow the instructions on the websites for the services provided by respective Partner Company to complete the opt out process.

Opt Out

“Opt out” refers to resetting of informative data obtained on Our Website. Users can opt out using one of the following methods:

By deleting or rejecting cookies in the browser, the association with informative data previously obtained by us will be removed and informative data will be reset.

Resetting advertising ID on a smartphone

By resetting advertising ID on a smartphone according to the instructions on the OS providers’ websites below, the association with informative data previously obtained on the device will be removed, and informative data will be reset. If you use our service again after deleting the advertisement ID, the collection of informative data will start again.
